Alva Middle School eighth grader Joe Parsons is named entrepreneur of the year. Chamber Director Alex Mantz presents a gift certificate and an honorary chamber membership. In May 2016 Parsons began selling sno-cones from his newly renovated trailer as Hawaiian Ice.
