The second in a series of the Woods County Extension C.A.F.E Lunchtime Learning Workshops, “Authentic Mexican Cooking,” will be offered on Feb. 16 at the Alva Public Library. Extension C.A.F.E. (Catch a Fast Education) Lunchtime Learning Workshops are held from noon to 1 p.m. and focus on empowering adults through healthy living programs. This workshop is offered at no cost to the public.
