Woods County Extension C.A.F.E Lunchtime Learning Caregiving 101 Workshop offered

 


The third in a series of the Woods County Extension C.A.F.E Lunchtime Learning Workshops, Caregiving 101, will be offered March 16 at the Alva Public Library. Extension C.A.F.E. (Catch a Fast Education) Lunchtime Learning Workshops are held from 12 noon to 1 p.m. and focus on empowering adults through healthy living programs. This workshop is offered at no cost to the public.

Participants will learn to about the challenges caregivers face and some tips of handling the stress related to caregiving. These workshops are designed for busy adults who want to “catch a fast education” during their lunch hour.

Register by calling the Woods County OSU Cooperative Extension Center at 580-327-2786. Space is limited. Susan Holliday, Woods County OSU Extension Educator- FCS/4-H, will be presenting each session.
