The Aline Star Cemetery Association held its annual meeting Tuesday, April 18. The yearly meeting is held on the third Tuesday of April in Aline for those who own burial spaces or are interested in purchasing sites. Donations to maintain the grounds are appreciated at any time as maintenance expenses continue to rise.

To maintain the aesthetic quality of the cemetery grounds, it is suggested that the casket be housed in some type of a vault. Soil settling is a normal occurrence over a grave. However the amount of settling is greatly reduced when the casket has been encased.
