SHAWNEE – White defeated Green 17-14 in the 2017 Oklahoma Baptist Spring Game, and more importantly the Bison improved.

"One of the things we like about the Spring Game and the way we divide the teams is everybody gets a chance to get reps," said OBU Coach Chris Jensen. "And so some guys surprise you out there and make some plays they might not otherwise have a place. Spring has been a phenomenal for us this spring and this is just a culmination of that."

The Spring Game was two 15-minute halves and for the first 13 minutes of the game, the defenses dominated.
