Enid woman charged in JCCC contraband drop

A felony charge has been filed against an Enid woman. Court documents allege she was involved in delivering contraband to James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) at Helena.
In that incident on May 10, Curtis Michael Riley, 25, of Enid was charged with a felony of bringing contraband weapons into a penal institution. Riley was also been charged with two misdemeanors: unauthorized entry into a prison and possession of tobacco in a penal institution or jail.
