Elementary students who have completed second through fifth grades had the opportunity to engage in hands-on math and science activities with faculty at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in June.

Elementary students were able to participate in fun and engaging activities that are designed to help build math and science skills. The academy was held during Friday mornings at Northwestern-Alva in the Student Center and Science buildings. The group finished with sailboat races in front of the J.W. Martin Library on campus.
