Items confiscated in 2015 Oklahoma raids to be returned

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — An Oklahoma judge has ruled that items confiscated during 2015 raids at a now-closed pipe shop in Norman should be returned to its owner.
Special Judge Steve Stice tells The Oklahoman (http://bit.ly/2uP10ej ) that he couldn't determine whether the items confiscated, which include assorted glass pipes and rolling papers, were drug paraphernalia. He says the state and city attorneys didn't have evidence that showed the items confiscated from the Friendly Market shouldn't be returned to owner Robert Cox.
