Fleeing suspect accused in Oklahoma hospital patient's death

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An Oklahoma burglary suspect who was treated in the hospital for a seizure is being held on a murder charge after his escape attempt resulted in another patient's death.
Jimmy McCoy III, 25, is accused in the April 14 death of patient Reginald Henry Morrisey, 48, but hasn't been formally charged, The Okahoman (http://bit.ly/2w0ayDJ ) reported.
Authorities say McCoy was arrested April 9 in connection to the ransacking of his ex-girlfriend's apartment. McCoy was taken to Integris Baptist Medical Center after having a seizure while in custody.
