A 46-year-old man has been charged in Woods County for soliciting sexual communication with a minor. Vincent Chad Warford, 45, of Locust Grove was charged Monday, Oct. 30, with soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment up to ten years or a fine up to $10,000, or both. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
