Wonder Boys withstand late run to defeat Rangers

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Behind 16 first-half points from Trevin Woods and 18 second-half points from Montrell Williams, the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys handed Northwestern Oklahoma State its first loss of the season on Saturday. Tech defeated the Rangers, 86-83, with Woods scoring a season-high 20 points.
