Ex-director of OSU's multispectral lab indicted for fraud

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Two people, including a former research executive who Oklahoma State University has sued for fraud and his wife, have been indicted by a federal grand jury for making a false statement to a bank and conspiracy.

The indictment returned Thursday names 47-year-old Daniel Keogh and his wife, 36-year-old Danielle Keogh, both of Edmond.

Daniel Keogh is a former contract operator of university-owned OSU-Multispectral Laboratories. The indictment alleges the Keoghs made a false statement to acquire a $3.2 million loan that was 80 percent guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Agricu...
