LEAWOOD, Kan. (AP) — A Missouri man is suing after he was mistakenly diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and began planning his funeral.

The Kansas City Star reports that 52-year-old Pasquale Michael Fatino, of Pleasant Hill, filed the lawsuit against three doctors at ProPartners Healthcare, his former primary care clinic in Leawood, Kansas.
