HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the annual volleyball awards at a banquet held earlier tonight in Hot Springs, Ark.

Stormi Leonard (Decatur, Texas) has been voted Setter of the Year by the conference after finishing her senior season as the Great American Conference All-Time assists leader. The Lone Star State native also earned first team recognition after producing 1,228 assists in her final season at Ouachita. Leonard earned All-GAC honors every year she played at Ouachita and this is her second career first-team honor. Leonard also set the GAC single game record for assists in a 5-set match with 69 against Henderson State earlier this season. The Decatur native also earned GAC Setter of the Week three times this season. In the classroom, Leonard is an honors student with a 3.9 GPA and received the GAC's Distinguished Scholar Athlete award.

Adrianna Nolly (Denton, Texas) earned her third career All-GAC nod on Wednesday evening. This is the first time the Denton native has been named to the All-GAC First Team though. Nolly had a breakout year for the Tigers, leading the team in blocks (123), kills (403) and points (500). The junior middle blocker reset her career high in kills with 24 against Henderson State and Southwestern Oklahoma State. On August 31, Nolly set a new GAC record with a .864 hitting percentage against Southwest Baptist. Nolly earned Offensive GAC Player of the Week twice this season and Defensive GAC Player of the Week once.

Julianna Mack (Little Rock, Ark.) in her first full season as the Tigers libero became a steady force on the Ouachita backline. Mack earned an All-GAC honorable mention nod after producing 534 digs this season. The Natural State native set a career high 48 digs against Henderson State (9/20). The 48 scoops ties her with Madison Nagel of Arkansas Tech for the most digs in a five-set match in GAC history.

Senior defensive specialist Nikki Clay (Bryant, Ark.) received the GAC's Distinguished Scholar Athlete award for her time in the classroom and junior outside hitter Katie Camp (Plano, Texas) earned the Elite Scholar Award for her perfect 4.0 GPA.

Ouachita is the fourth seed in this season's tournament, the Tigers battle fifth seed Arkansas Tech tomorrow evening at 7:30 p.m. in Bank OZK arena. For more information on the Ouachita volleyball team, follow the official social media accounts of the Ouachita athletic departments.
