A variety of business was conducted at the Kiowa City Council regular November meeting from approving an architect for the city hall remodel to approving a variety of Christmas-related items.

Mayor Ron Rohr opened the meeting in his traditional way by leading the group in the Lord's Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance. All councilmen attended the meeting including: Bill Watson, R.L.
