Alva man charged with marijuana distribution

A felony drug charge has been filed against an Alva man as part of a narcotic investigation.

Deiondray Marquiese Martin, 24, of Alva, has been charged with maintaining a place for keeping and/ or selling controlled substance, a felony. This crime is punishable by a fine not more than $10,000 and/or county jail imprisonment not more than five years and costs.

He is also charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), a misdemeanor.
