Texas man charged after threatening calls to Freedom Schools

A Texas man has been charged with a felony after he allegedly made multiple threatening calls to the Freedom Public Schools.

Phillip Michael Shaw, 30, of Henderson, Texas, has been charged with violation of Oklahoma statute via computer, a felony. He’s charged with contacting the Freedom Public Schools using an AT&T mobile phone, a computer system, to place obscene, threatening and harassing phone calls.

This crime is punishable by imprisonment for not more than five years or by a fine of not more than $5,000, or by both such imprisonment and fine. A felony arrest warrant has been issued for h...
