The Alva Hospital Authority will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 15, in the Share Medical Center Media Room.

Trustees will vote on approving the written CEO and CFO reports. They will consider approval of the BKD audit report. There will also be votes on renewing the $500,000 line of credit at Community Bank and the addition of another line of credit not to exceed $300,000 with Community Bank.

The medical staff executive committee will request the reappointment to courtesy staff of Barry Rockler, MD; Mark McCurry, MD; and Mikhail Lomize, DO.
