Tuesday, February 5, 2019

During this day there were six traffic stops and two reports of civil papers served.

12:50 p.m. Report of a business alarm going off at the assessor's office. Advised they were moving the desk. False alarm.

5:51 p.m. Report of stolen chickens in the 400 block of Grand in Carmen.

7:42 p.m. Deputy advised of a possible trespassing. Deputy made contact with the owner and subject was not authorized to be on his property. Deputy en route to Carmen to look for the subject.

9:54 p.m. Caller requested an officer due to a subject harassing her. Officer en route to the 200 block of Texas Street.

Wednesday, February 6, 2019

During the this day there were two traffic stops, one controlled burn and two reports of cattle out.

5:36 a.m. Caller advised of a single vehicle rollover accident at County Road 580 and U.S. Highway 64, with the vehicle in the ditch. Patient complaining of pain in the rib area and shortness of breath. Medic and Cherokee Fire Department en route. Medic took patient to Share Medical Center in Alva.


6:48 a.m. Caller advised of a pickup rollover accident on County Road 580 and Noble Road and was in the wheat field. Patient was shaken up but walking around. OHP was advised.

Thursday, February 7, 2019

During the this day there were seven traffic stops and four civil papers served.

8:25 a.m. Alarm company advised of an alarm going off at a residence on County Road 700. Key holder advised everything was okay.

9:19 a.m. Medic needed for a person having trouble breathing. Medic took patient to Share Medical Center in Alva.


12:33 p.m. Caller advised that she had called several times about these dogs. Caller stated a drunk, thin, gray-haired woman with a dog was all over her house yelling and the subject was letting the dog eat her cat's food. Caller advised the subject left and was yelling and headed back to her house on Sixth Street. Caller advised they didn't know the name of the woman but advised she could hear her yelling from her property.

12:51 p.m. Report of a reckless driver on U.S. Highway 64.

1:38 p.m. Report of a grass fire north of Cozy Curve. Cherokee Fire Department was dispatched.

7:11 p.m. Medic needed for a male chocking on a piece of steak. Medic en route. Patient was took to Bass Hospital in Enid.

Friday, February 8, 2019

During the this day there were 2 traffic stops and 3 civil papers served.


10:31 a.m. Caller advised of a red SUV parked on the west side of the highway at the four-way, with the vehicle running. The man appeared to be slumped over the steering wheel. Advised deputy. Deputy advised the man had a flat tire and someone was there helping him.

11:47 a.m. Caller advised of two teenagers walking around with black hoodies on and scary mask over by the Methodist church. Advised deputy. Deputy unable to located.

12:43 p.m. Caller advised he wanted to talk to a deputy about stuff stolen out of his garage. Caller advised he thinks he might know who it is, but not sure.

7:25 p.m. Caller advised the subject was going to report her for throwing a drink at him and they have been fighting. Subject was drunk and she wanted her stuff out of his apartment. The subject called to report that caller had assaulted him and vandalized his apartment.


7:29 p.m. A call came in about a male who was threatening to burn down his house, among other threats to the family.

10:43 p.m. Caller advised of two teen males wearing black clothes and purge masks were looking in the windows and mailboxes and wanted a deputy to check on them. Deputy advised he had talk to the caller and she had not seen them again.

Saturday, February 9, 2019

During the this day there were three controlled burns.

12:39 a.m. Medic needed for a 4-month-old baby and it had been throwing up all day and won't stop crying. Medic took the patient to Share Medical Center in Alva.


6:12 a.m. Report of a burglar alarm on the back door of the business. Keyholder advised it was the delivery people and everything was okay.

9:56 a.m. Caller advised a friend came over and took her phone. She knows this because she called one of her contacts and they told him she had her phone. Dispatched advised since she lived in Alva, she had to make the report with Woods County.

11:13 a.m. Caller advised they had an ice chest stolen from Cherokee.

2:07 p.m. Caller advised he lives in northeast Oklahoma and someone had broken into his house and stolen two books of checks and some of the checks were cashed in Neosho, Missouri; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Chelsea, Oklahoma. The name and license number on them coincide with a wanted individual from Alfalfa County.. Advised this all started in January. The checks that were stolen are company checks, for a ranching business.

12:51 a.m. Caller advised of a German Shepherd chasing cattle. Advised possible owner.

1:33 a.m. Report of a blue Dodge was driving fast down Ohio and ran two stop signs.

Monday, February 11, 2019

12:31 a.m. Caller wanted to notify someone that his house had been broken into his house in Carmen, sometime between Saturday morning and late Sunday night. He knew a saw, ice chest and some pool cues were missing. Advised someone also had been in his bedroom but wasn't sure what was missing yet.
