OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The Oklahoma Legislature will have $37.8 million less to spend than was forecast just two months ago after the state Board of Equalization certified an $8.2 billion budget Wednesday that still represents a major increase over the current one.

Although lacking some of the extra money initially projected, the state's budget would see a $574.5 million hike after years of declining revenue that led to cuts to education, health and other state agencies.
