A quorum was determined as the Woods County commissioners' regular weekly meeting was called to order. Warrants and claims, as well as the minutes from the last regular meeting on March 4, were approved.

The sheriff’s office and court clerk’s reports were approved. Approval was given for the use of the courthouse lawn for Northwestern’s annual Bahama Breakaway. The event will occur in April for NWOSU students.
