Further charges have been filed against a Woods County man involving sexual communications with a child. On June 10 in Woods Country, Taylor Edward Waggoner, 23, of Alva was charged with lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16. He was arrested and later released on a $75,000 bond. This felony is punishable by imprisonment in the state penitentiary for not less than three years nor more than 20 years.
