Retro Bill inspires and empowers South Barber students for 2nd year

He still has the Elvis pompadour, the energy of the Energizer Bunny and the words to motivate kids and adults to be their best. Retro Bill has been a spokesman for the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) for over 20 years. He doesn't stand there and tell kids to just say "no" to drugs, tobacco, alcohol and more. He builds up their self-esteem and motivates them. Here, Retro Bill gives autographs to Cody Thayer and Breckynn Behee as he speaks at South Barber High School in Kiowa.
