On Monday the Woods County commissioners welcomed three visitors asking for permission to use county property for upcoming events. Joe Phillips said the Big Cruise and Car Show is scheduled for Sept. 18-20. He requested use of the courthouse lawn and parking lot as in past years. This will be the 20th year for the event.

Charla Parker asked the commissioners for use of the courthouse lawn and the courthouse lobby for the Nescatunga Arts Festival on June 6.
