The City of Alva has posted the following statement:

In observance of Governor Stitt’s amended Executive Order on COVID-19 response affecting all 77 Oklahoma counties, the City of Alva is instructing citizens to observe all guidance and restrictions, effective midnight April 2, 2020.

Under the Governor’s order, travel is restricted for all citizens, except as needed for individual health, safety, and well-being.

Gatherings of more than 10 people are restricted.
