It was not business as usual when the Alva City Council met online through Microsoft Teams Monday. As councilmembers joined from various locations, Mayor Kelly Parker set up some guidelines. To keep the meeting orderly, he asked that all microphones except his be muted. When councilmembers wished to speak, they were to notify him by typing in the chat section. Then he would call on them. No comments from the general public were allowed.

Councilmembers present were Daniel Winters, Connor Martin, Chris Eckhardt, Brandon Sherman, Mary Hamilton, Bo Hannaford, Randy Stelling and Brian Wallis.
