A man from Lawton is facing felony charges after an Alva woman said he confined her in her house against her will.

Court records show on July 25 at approximately 8:35 p.m. Alva Police Officer Kris Franta was dispatched to the 1100 block of Fourth Street in Alva in reference to a domestic battery. Dispatch advised that the victim, Mollie Cisco, had gone to the neighbor’s house to call police. When Franta arrived, he found the suspect, Leroy Fontenot, had left and the victim had returned to her home.
