Voters in Woods County who want to have absentee ballots mailed to them for the Nov. 3 General Election and Special School Election for Freedom Public Schools, should apply now, County Election Board Secretary Sandra Koehn said today. Although the county election board can accept applications for absentee ballots until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, Koehn urged voters who want to vote by absentee ballot to apply early.
