Appointments to boards and commissions are behind schedule this year, said Alva Mayor Kelly Parker. He made several appointments, approved by the city council, during the meeting Sept. 21. He still has more to be made. Appointments made Monday were:

• Kim Baugh reappointed to the Alva Hospital Authority for a term ending October 2025.

• Gregg Glass reappointed to the Alva Recreation Complex Board for a term ending October 2023.

• Dr. Troy Smith reappointed to the Alva Recreation Complex Board for a term ending October 2023.
