General election less than a week away

After a high Sunday of 41 active cases of COVID-19 in Alva, the number declined to 36 by Tuesday, according to the Oklahoma State Department of Health. Hopefully that number will continue to decline. Other cities and towns in Woods and Alfalfa counties are staying about steady or declining slightly. The number of people hospitalized with COVID-19 in the state has been climbing, although there was a slight decrease in that figure on Monday. You can learn more at coronavirus.health.ok.gov.
