First juried show held at Graceful Arts Gallery
November 8, 2020
Those touring the Graceful Arts Gallery during Alva's First Friday Art Walk usually expect to see a few selected artists featured. The November exhibit is different with a variety of artists and media on display. This month the gallery is holding their Biennial Juried Show with artists receiving awards in several categories.
Kyle Larson, associate professor of art at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, judged the entries. Friday night, he presented awards to the artists able to attend the gathering. Afterward, visitors were invited to talk with the artists about their work while enjoying the provided refreshments. The winners and entries may be seen at Graceful Arts Gallery and Studios in Alva during November.
