The Avard Regional Rail Park Authority assembled on Tuesday night for their regular meeting after attending a special one the night before. At the latter, an executive session was held, but the board took no action. At the former, there was also an executive session, and this time members did take action. Convening in that session were board members Stan Bixler, Todd Holder and Ed Sutter; Bob Firth (and, later, Allan Poe) joined in by teleconference. Woods County Economic Development Committee Director Neal Williams and Woods County Commissioner Randy McMurphy were also present.
