The parade stops in front of the Woods County Soil Conservation office where Kari Nixon treats the youngsters with sweets.
Friday, Oct. 30, was full of surprise at Freedom Schools. Parents gathered in the library to observe and participate in Pumpkins for Pops. Then the group paraded through the hallways and downtown Freedom where patrons waited with treats galore for the youngsters.
