Justice Sequoya Smith was born November 12, 1971, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Spencer and Mary Smith. He departed this life on December 16, 2020. He was a graduate of South Barber in 1990. In 1993 he earned his BA from Oklahoma Christian University. He moved to Japan where he taught English for the next seven years. He returned to the States and received his MBA from Oklahoma State University in 2002 and went to work for the Air Force.
