Ruben Lee Bustillos Jr., Alva, 43, has been charged with distribution of child pornography, five counts of possession of child pornography and violation of Oklahoma statute via computer ($2,294.25).

Gary John Moreno, North English, Iowa, has been cited for operating motor vehicle without valid driver’s license ($294).

Francisco Salas, Woodward, has been cited for operating motor vehicle without valid driver’s license ($294).

Fayth Ambur Bechtold, Waynoka, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($100).

Jason Lee Wolff, Anthony, Kansas, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($100).

Jenna Marie Brooks, Taloga, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($100).
