A service for Robert "Rob" Melton, 70, of Alva, Oklahoma, will be scheduled for a later date.

Rob was born June 10, 1950 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, to Paul Dean Melton and Ida Marie (Morris) Melton and passed into his new heavenly life from his home in Alva on January 5, 2021.

In his early years Rob lived in Nebraska and Colorado as his family moved due to his father's transfers in the sugar beet industry.
