Voters in Woods County who want to have absentee ballots mailed to them for the April 6 Municipal General Elections for the City of Alva, City of Waynoka and Town of Freedom should apply now, Woods County Election Board Secretary Sandra Koehn said today. Although the county election board can accept applications for absentee ballots until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, Koehn urged voters who want to vote by absentee ballot to apply early.
