Stan Kline, president of the Northwest Technology Center Board of Education, was selected by the Oklahoma State School Board Association (OSSBA) as an All-State School Board member for 2020. Since the OSSBA did not have a state convention in 2020, Stan was recognized recently at the 2021 OSSBA Convention in Oklahoma City. He is pictured with Mike Ray, OSSBA president.
