Shirley Wagner, 84-year-old Freedom resident, died peacefully at home where she wanted to be on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 9, 2021, in the Freedom United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Freedom Cemetery with the Billings Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
