Rangers' men's cross country team places sixth at GAC Championships

SEARCY, Ark. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State University men's cross country team traveled to Searcy for the Great American Conference Championship Oct. 23, where they placed sixth in the conference meet. Seven Northwestern runners finished with a score.

Northwestern finished with scores at 18, 25, 29, 41, 44, 45, and 47 on the morning, helping reach the sixth-place finish.

The Rangers' first finisher was Victor Kibet. The sophomore placed 18th in the race after a final time of 27:05 for an average mile of 5:26.9.
