At the late October meeting of the Kiowa District Hospital, CEO/CFO Janell Goodno reported a decline in Covid cases.

KDH saw 10 positive cases in October. Goodno said although the OSHA mask mandate expires in December, it will likely be extended.

She said Covid vaccination rates continue to increase. The hospital employees are almost 80 percent and the manor employees are 62 percent. Manor Administrator Phillip Anton said 100 percent of manor residents are vaccinated.
