Two residents of Carmen have been charged in Woods County with child abuse. The multiple incidents listed in court records occurred in Woods, Alfalfa and Garfield counties.

Latasha Leann Bebee, 37, of Carmen, and Derrick Max Province, 41, of Carmen, have each been charged with child abuse, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment not exceeding life or a fine not less than $500 nor more than $5,000 or both such fine and imprisonment.
