An Alva man has been charged with harassment after allegedly sending cellphone text messages containing lewd, lascivious, filthy or indecent comments, requests, suggestions and proposals to two adult males in Woods County.

According to court records, on May 23, a man told District Attorney Investigator Steve Tanio that he had been receiving harassing text messages on his cellphone while in Woods County.
