Arthur C. Brooks from The Atlantic magazine says, “Life is full of regrets.” You may wish things were like they used to be in the “Good Old Days.” That could be decades or just yesterday. Things change and so must we.
At one end of the spectrum are those who are from the “no regrets” school of thought while others are overwhelmed by regret. Either extreme can be bad for you. Forgetting about the past can lead to the same mistakes again while regrets that “haunt” you lead to health problems.
