Trustees will hear about several items under quality assurance improvement and improvement to patient care.

There will be votes on approval of the operating budget and the capital budget for Share Convalescent Home. Trustees will also take action on an operating budget for the Homestead.

Other possible reports for the meeting include the SMC Foundation, St. Anthony’s, City Council and the AHA Chairman.
