On Feb. 10, Burlington hosted a local science fair. Nineteen students from elementary to high school entered science projects.
The students conducted experiments and displayed their results on a board and gave a presentation to judges from Northwestern Oklahoma State University (NWOSU). There were a variety of projects testing different products and theories including bubble gum, toothpaste, food energy, seed germination and various others.
