The Woods County commissioners approved several items involving bridges during Monday’s meeting. All three commissioners were present: John Smiley, David Hamil and Randy McMurphy.

Circuit Engineering District #8 (CED#8) engineer Donnie Head attended the meeting to present his report on county bridges that need repairs. The commissioners approved the report and then approved the invoice for the inspection.

In addition, the commissioners approved an ODOT claim form for right of way parcels in the amount of $16,499.39 assigned to a CED#8 project in District 3, a bridge over Sand Creek.
