Mickey Dwight Maddox, 85, of Alva, Oklahoma, passed away on January 26, 2024, in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He was born on October 13, 1938, in McPherson, Kansas, to Harold and Lois Maddox. Mickey spent his early life in Wichita, Kansas, before moving to Houston, Texas, where he worked as a security guard for many years. Seeking a quieter life, he relocated to his uncle's farm near Alva, Oklahoma, and joined the glass department of Starr Lumber Company until his retirement.
