    Northwestern Oklahoma State took on the Aggies of Oklahoma Panhandle State University in a non-conference mid-week battle. The Rangers came away with the victory in walk off fashion 6-5. The Rangers called on freshman left-hander Tyler Havener to the start the game. He pitched 3.2 innings allowing five runs on four hits.     OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma has hit a record high with more than 62,000 offenders in the state's department of corrections system. Oklahoma Department of Corrections Director Joe Allbaugh says the prison system is operating at 109 percent of capacity.     OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals has upheld the murder conviction and life prison sentence of a Tulsa woman in the beating death of a man in Tulsa, however the court did overturn the woman's kidnapping conviction in the case.     TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — The Kansas Senate's majority leader is suggesting that the state impose an extra fee on utility bills to provide new dollars for public schools.
