    OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma has been named to a leadership post in the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs. Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke announced Wednesday that John Tahsuda III has been appointed the principal deputy assistant secretary for Indian Affairs.     TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Police say a 9-month-old infant has died of head injuries after being dropped on the floor of a hotel laundry room in Tulsa. Sgt. Shane Tuell says the infant died Wednesday morning after being dropped sometime Monday night. Police arrested 38-year-old Ezekiel Hadithy initially on child abuse and neglect complaints in the case.     CLAREMORE, Okla. (AP) — A northeast Oklahoma soldier's remains have been identified more than 50 years after the Vietnam War. The Claremore Daily Progress reports that Air Force Col. Ronald Scott's remains will arrive in Claremore next week. He'll be honored with a graveside service in Woodlawn Cemetery on Sept. 22.     TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Police in Tulsa say a man who fatally shot a 20-year-old woman at his home has been arrested on a first-degree manslaughter complaint. Court records do not show that the man has been formally charged. Jail records show he's being held on $50,000 bond. Police say he told officer he thought she was a burglar when he shot her about 3 a.m. Wednesday at the home in west Tulsa.
